Have you received my order?
Upon despatch of your order you should receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow your order. If you do not receive this email then please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@austinpedalcars.com or via telephone (+44) 1722 429559 between 9:00 to 17:00 GMT.
How do I change my password?

When will I receive my refund?
Once the item(s) are received we will process your refund through the method in which you paid. Card refunds usually take between three and seven days, depending on your card provider. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
Can I return an item without its packaging?
Any returns should be returned to us in the condition that they were sent, with the packaging provided.
How long is my warranty period?
We offer a 12-month warranty period on all items sold, subject to the following exclusions:
Wear and tear
Failure of components caused by misuse, lack of servicing and/or care.
Your warranty will be void if the product is modified or altered in a way that affects the geometry of it and/or puts unnecessary stress on the Pedal Car.
Any issues related to using your Pedal car outside of normal pedalling conditions including: collisions, jumping, misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, abuse and adult use.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
How long do I have to return my order?
Following the delivery of your order you can return the items in their original packaging within 14 days, if they are no longer required.
Can I visit you to purchase parts?
Yes of course! Our sales team at our factory in Salisbury are more than happy to help you over the counter and provide with any parts and technical information you need. Our HQ at Bicester Heritage is available on an appointment only basis.
What paperwork will I receive with my pedal car?
All Austin Pedal Cars are despatched with an invoice and receipt, warranty details and a heritage certificate. If you purchase a classic car, and it has any historical paperwork available, this will also be sent.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 9:00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays.
Is there a warranty for the pedal cars?
Every Austin Pedal Car is offered with our own warranty covering a range of parts and components. The type of warranty offered may vary between models, but every classic pedal car for sale will have warranty details in the description and all J40 continuation cars come with a 12-month warranty as standard.
Can I order replacement parts for my pedal car?
Yes. Austin Pedal Cars offers a full range of parts and accessories for the Austin J40.
What is the weight limit for pedal cars?
There is no maximum weight capacity for a child driver (see above FAQ for size advice) but be reminded this is a pedal car designed for a maximum of two children to enjoy.
